• Our overhead is lower and we pass the savings on to you.  In past surveys, we have saved our clients an average of 12% over larger staffing agencies.

We are continually upgrading our programs.  If you have been using temporary staffing in your cancer center you need to look at our newest plans to save you even more money.

Temporary Staffing
We offer outstanding temporary service.  According to our last survey, our regular rate was 12% lower than our largest competitors.  We only work in Radiation Therapy so we know that our candidates are the best there is.  In fact, we guarantee it.  If you are dissatisfied with the performance of one of our professionals.  Write to our office within the first 2 days of the contract and you will not be charged for the hours worked.

We also offer flexibility with our billing.  We will do "all inclusive rates" like our competitors.  But most of our clients like to be billed for the travel separately.  Our competitors like the all inclusive rate.  Anytime one of their people works overtime you are getting billed time-and-a-half on the inflated rate.  When the billing is separate you will be billed the same amount for the travel expenses each week- no matter how much overtime the professional works.

Permanent and Temp-to-Perm
Want to know a secret?   Most large staffing agencies have jumped into staffing radiation therapy because of the demand.  Many of the recruiters couldn't even tell you what a Dosimetrist does, let alone figure out how to find them.   Rocstaff has been hired in the past by these agencies to find the professionals that you need.  They pay us our fee then tack on a few thousand before passing the person on to you.
