An option for people who have been finding their own contracts and working for themselves rather than an agency.

We will help you find jobs and handle the billing and collections.  Your contract would be with us rather than the cancer center.

In a contract arrangement we would not take out any payroll taxes,  and you would not be eligible for any of the benefits or perks that our employees receive. 

We can provide a set amount for you to travel with or we can set up the travel arrangements directly.  That can be up to you.

Your hourly rate will be much higher than our regular employees, for Radiation Therapists it can be as high as $45/hr, but each contract is negotiated separately.

Our regular employees are given the first choice of positions, but if you would like to be notified when we have openings available, please call to register as an independent today.  You must show proof of your own liability insurance as well as workers compensation insurance.  If you do not have these papers in place, but are still interested we can help.
